Australia announced their Paris 2024 selections today, though Hockeyroos still uncertain

Hockey Australia announced their Kookaburras and Hockeyroos for the Paris Games today. In Paris Eddie Ockenden will be playing his fifth Olympics, joining an exclusive club of legends.

So far the individuals who were selected hockey in 5 Olympic Games were Ric Charlesworth 🇦🇺 (who only played four because of the Moscow boycot in 1980), Pol Amat 🇪🇸, Teun de Nooijer 🇳🇱 and David Alegre 🇪🇸. These four legends will be joined following Paris by two Belgians 🇧🇪 with Felix Denayer and John John Dohmen and now also Eddie Ockenden 🇦🇺 about to start their fifth Games.
